🚔 Speed Checks on Highroad Well Lane

Officers from NPT Team 3 recently conducted speed checks on Highroad Well Lane, as a result of recent reports from local residents.

A total of 35 vehicles were checked.

Results:

32 drivers were travelling within the speed limit.

2 drivers were recorded at 24mph and 25mph and were given words of advice.

1 vehicle was recorded at 27mph and failed to stop for officers.

Following enquiries, officers identified and located the driver and vehicle. The vehicle has since been seized.

Further speed checks will be taking place in the area at different times of the day to help improve road safety and encourage compliance with the speed limit.
